I went to the launch of a fashion store in London a few years ago on a business trip (cough). They did the launch at the store & then you had to find your own way to the party... You found your way by following footprints that were steam cleaned onto the cobbled streets. They lead you to an old underground car park that was fully kitted out with a bar, club lights etc. They were serving food in a street vendor style and Calvin Harris was on the decks. It was done in a very creative way, with lots of entertainment

    The O2 ??
The bars there are for hire as far as I know.
Another option might be The Killarney or The Jeanie Johnson on the quays. Not sure of their capacity though.

The National Gallery of Ireland, Dublin Castle, The Zoo??,

With your numbers at 400 there aren't that many unique places that would have a 400 person capacity

I think there is meant to be a photo but it isn't coming up, just a little square.

That sounds really cool BTW. :)
