    Thanks Inquitus, it's a tough goal alright, I only cycle and watch what I eat, but lost 10.2lbs in the last 4 weeks. Planning to try and cycle from Baldoyle to Skerries and back tomorrow, will be rough going but I should manage it.

    (PS - most of us use metric - much easier and comparable than miles and lbs)
