    Hello all,

A friend of mine had some business cards made up by a friend of her family.
He done them at a very good price and helped with her website.

How can she put down the expense in her books, as she paid him only €150 euro and he didnt charge vat as he is not trading as a company?

If there is no invoice then you can't claim. Can't have it both ways, getting a job done cheaply probably for cash and not declared and use this as an expense to reduce your profits!
