    hi all,

just a quick question, can a .223 action be changed to a .22-250 ie a .22-250 as far as I know has a .308 bolt face, so what would have to be done with the action.

Change the bolt to a .308/22.250 both face.
Because your changing the bolt from another action ,get your smith to lap back in the lugs ;)

Not if it's a CZ as the 527 uses a reduced size mauser action for calibers 22 hornet to 223.... best place to find out is have a chat with your smith.
