Pick up a membership card in any store. Right now all members can benefit from our special introductory points offer (150 points) and collect 4 points for every €1 they spend. Once you've activated your card we'll turn the points you collect into reward coupons and email these to you throughout the year. There'll also be exclusive Rewards for Life offers coming your way when you sign up for email updates.

The 150 points (or however much you have earned) is emailed to you as a coupon along with others discounting Holland and barrett products.
