A couple of things that need to be fixed. You can't overclock with that motherboard, you need a P67 or Z68 one. That case isn't great. A 30GB SSD is just a bit too small. I've done the build up again, its a bit more expensive but much better:

    Item|Price
    Total build cost: €692.37 + €30 shipping
    Intel Core i5-2500K Box, LGA1155|€189.79
    ASRock P67 Pro3 (B3), Sockel 1155, ATX|€79.98
    8GB-Kit G.Skill PC3-10667U CL9|€32.63
    Powercolor HD6870 1024MB Dual-DVI/HD1M2I5|€145.14
Xigmatek Asgard II Midi Tower - black/black, ohne Netzteil|€31.69
    Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 450W|€40.95
    Crucial M4 64GB SSD 6,4cm (2,5")|€86.09
    MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SB-Version Englisch|€86.10

yes you can put your external HDD into your machine but most External HDD's have a slower RPM to internal ones which means the transfer rate will be slower than a normal internal one.

If you have music and stuff on it you want to keep i advise you to partition the HDD and put the OS files in the partition to install from that. If you dont partition you will have to format the HDD, and back up your files elsewhere.

You could spend an extra 50 euro for a 4 x DIMM slot mobo though. The PSU 450W might be a bit weak. Id consider getting a 650W+ PSU.

the hdd is a 7200 rpm which is standard i think? Losing the files is not a problem i only wanted to know if i would be able to format it before i would install windows on the new pc (if i cut out the ssd) because i have no way of connecting the hdd to my laptop.

450W is plenty for a single 6870, your power consumption will be around 280-300W.

The case comes with one fan which is fine with no overclock. Same with the stock cooler. when you decide to overclock you should get an extra case fan or two and a decent CPU cooler.
