Meteor roaming?

Hi lads so I'm going to New York this weekend and I'm all set up for roaming, but I was wondering if anyone knew whether while I'm there if American phones calling me would be charged at an international rate or local since it's on the AT&T/T-Mobile network? I know I'd be charged the €1.69 to make/receive the calls but…

if someone with an american number calls you then they will be charged the same rate whether you are in the states or back home.
