Hi lads so I'm going to New York this weekend and I'm all set up for roaming, but I was wondering if anyone knew whether while I'm there if American phones calling me would be charged at an international rate or local since it's on the AT&T/T-Mobile network? I know I'd be charged the €1.69 to make/receive the calls but just wondered about those calling me.

if someone with an american number calls you then they will be charged the same rate whether you are in the states or back home.
