spare sky+ hd box/ uk card

    i have a spare box and an old english card (itv anglia west) that works a treat for the " card trick" on my subscription box.
    the question is will sky pair my card and spare box to allow me to use the full sky+ pause, record facilities.
    i'm sure that this has been asked before so apologies in advance.

    To use the record function you need a Sky sub €25 minimum or just pay Sky for the privilege of having the record function as a standalone while keeping the channels you have which isn't worth it at €15 a month iirc.
    Plus they'll cop that you have a FTV card in Ireland and will disable it.
