Anyone up for relaying BBC radio 2 on fm radio?

I have been using my iPhone and itrip on 99mhz but it's chewing up my download allowance and 99mhz, although is clear for majority of my trip, there is a bit of a high pitched tone when quieter music is playing.

I use the same method for relaying crystal clear BBC Radio Five Live / Talksport ( for sports mainly ) on my car radio, but I have a cable which connects from the headphone socket on the phone to the AUX input socket in the car, so no need for tuning in an FM frequency at all. Works brilliantly, but unfortunately not all cars have an AUX input, especially the older ones, although mine is a 08 reg. I mainly use it only on a Saturday afternoon if I'm out and about, two hours max, so if doesn't chew my allowance.
