    Hi all,
    Other than the obvious (Irish military archives etc.) have any of you got any suggestions for sources of photos of the revolutionary period in Connacht? I `m looking to put a book together of the period showing as many different perspectives as possible. It will be along the lines of Revolution (Mercier Press, 2011) by Pádraig Óg Ó Ruairc.

    This is as you probably realise against the forum charter. There is a stickied thread for images and videos but requesting photos for a future book is not allowed, it would fall under research/ homework. Feel free however to post more general queries in realtion to the war of independence in Connaught. If you wish to comment on this do so by PM.
