ARCHOS 101 FAN I NEED HELP?

    I have sent the following letter to Archos can anyone here help as I don’t expect an answer.

    To whom it may concern

    Please help me I am an avid Archos fan and I am having an issue with my new Archos 101. My precious were Archos 605, 605 Wi-Fi, Gemini and the very original Archos Junk box with the blue corners so you see I Love the Archos Brand.

    The following are the issues I am having with the Archos 101.

    1. During Playback and at any point the video I am watching stops and the screen goes blank. It can happen at any time at any stage. 3 min or 33 minutes never the same point in the movie.

    2. The second issue is connecting a USB when I do connect I get the following message. “There is a problem using your device's memory for usb storage” I have searched on line for a reason and so far I believe it may have something to do with the Wi-Fi being active. When I turn Wi-Fi off then I can connect the 101.

    Please, please can you help me and if not can you pass my query on to some who may be able to assist me. I have had the opportunity to try out a prestigio multipad pmp7100c which has the same issue in No. 1. I have been to the shop 3 times and I am being looked upon very strangely. They are only offering me one machine after another and so far all three have similar problems.
