    WRC cars don't have dumpvalves.

The chirping noise is the multi stage external wastegates which control the off throttle boost created by the antilag system.

That's what Sir Humphrey would sound like had he been a mechanic.

It was the shortest way I could think to write it without getting into a long winded answer.

Anti turbo lag system right? It destroys the turbo that why you normally only hear it on real rally cars that have a team that can afford to replace it every few races :)

Give me a technical explanation of it please Nissan Doctor.

It destroys turbo's that aren't built to take it alright. WRC turbo's rarely get replaced with new units. The antilag also doesn't create as much boost as the turbo is capable of creating when at full throttle.
