ebay problem

    Hi all,
I bought an item from a guy in england, it was 99p plus 8pound postage.
Problem was he sent it in just a fecking cheap white bin bag taped up, no bubble wrap or any other proper packaging.
I left negative feedback for him explaining the bad packaging.

    He then messaged me saying
i did not have a bubble bag big enough for it you
could have sent it back to me what do you expect you only paid
    £1 pound for it

I said to him the item cost was irrelevant, i paid 8euro P&P.
It cost him 6.46 to send it to me which annoyed me more.

Should i bother doing a claim as the item is half damaged but still workable (I wouldnt sell it on in the condition its in)

Plus wouldnt i only get 99p or would I get the p&p back?

    Thanks in advance :)

Hardly worth the hassle claiming for such a small amount. Chalk it down to experience and move on. :)
