strikes against your name?

Hey, Dunno if this is the right forum or not. I often see mods telling people "you have had warnings, and yellow cards against your name" and i'm just wondering, is it possible to see anywhere if your username has strikes against it as such, or would you know, like do you get a PM? cheers, Em x

It's the infractions tab on your profile.

And there should be a PM if you're infracted.
