Skybox Problem

I'm having a problem with my skybox. I have had it a few years now, but today when i switched it on, and selected a channel it says "technical fault with this channel", in fact any channel I pick the same is coming up, Can anybody help me on this?

Unplug it and leave it unplugged for 5 mins, then replug it in and see if the fault is still there.
