gettin sky in soon, 3 boxes ... so the install will probably be with a quad LNB ..

what I want to know is, if I ran a feed from the unused spot on the LNB, could I split, and use that feed to hook up 2 seperate freeview boxes ?

If you want the full range of channels available to each box independently, you can't split or loop the feed from one box to another.

You need an octo (8 output) lnb. How many of your Sky boxes will be Sky+ ?

I think one is Sky+ ... forgot, so that's the 4 spots on a quad gone, do the installers usually have an octo LNB with them, or would I have to request one ?
