getting my snes working

    I have a n64 and a snes but cant seem to get them to work on my flat lcd tv
    any suggestion.

    i believe you have to mod the snes to 50/60 mhz for the display.

    The snes should still work with scart, composite or rgb
    But it's just not very playable without the 50/60htz mod.
    The n64 should be fine though.
    Are you using an rf lead? If so its likely your searching on the wrong band

    UHF 36, I'd highly advise you to use scary rgb cables instead of rf

    http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Gamecube-Audio-Video-Cable-64/dp/B000RJOAP0 one of these for each console should help. Sold as gamecube av cables but they will work with a snes and n64, nintendo kept the same av port until the wii.

    you can get them off retailers in europe but im lazy so the first result was amazon.com

    I got one on ebay.ie from an irish seller
    cost me 5e with postage total

    still couldn't get it to work but then i picked up a free tv off someone (old style) and works perfect.
