Hi there can anyone recommend a dressmaker and cobbler in cork city or environs? Also, if possible give an indication of what they charge for heel tips?
    Thanks x

Can't help with the dressmaker, but the shoe mender's in Oliver Plunkett St is quite good. We normally take our shoes to him.

The one and only 'The Cobbler', have a shop opp the GPO also AFAIK they have an outlet in Douglas Court.

Got a pairr of shoes repaired there recently, they are like new. I suppose if times were different I would have dumped them and brought a new pair instead.
