The phlebotomy course in DCU was run in conjunction with the National Ambulance Training School. The website for the National Ambulance Training School says that the Certificate in Phlebotomy Programme has been temporality suspended while accreditation is being transferred from Dublin City University to a new 3rd level institution:

I think your best bet is to get in touch with the National Ambulance Training School directly to see if they have started running the course again.

    Good luck with it!
