(Need your help to find)What's that Album - 1980's Compilation

I need help tracking down an album-

I have been sick to the ears of listening to "herself" going on about an Album she had in the 1980's but for 8 years she couldn't tell me much about it until over the past 24 hours she has told me the following:

Possibly by Epic Records

1st Song is Eye of the Tiger (Survivor)

2nd Song is Rosanna by Toto

The rest is a mystery but every so often she will harp in about a song on the radio "That's on the album"

I know its not much to go on but if people can provide suggestions and possibly a track listing or link to a track listing I can at least present this to herself.
