Mixer Tap Kitchen

I have a mixer tap in the kitchen and there is very low pressure from the cold tap over the last few months. The pressure in hot tap is fine and pressure in all other taps in house is fine. Is it a problem with the mixer tap itself - if so does it need to be replaced or is there a way of fixing it? Thanks

It may be a mains water problem as this is the only tap fed from the mains, if you have an outside tap check the pressure, it would give an idea if this is the problem.
You could remove the areator on the mixer outlet and check for a buildup of crud.

Thanks for reply. How do I remove the areator- is this difficult to do?

Some have piece on the end of the spout that you can unscrew, others need to be picked out with a sharp pointed object.
