SwiftKey Dictionary Wiped? :(

Hi,
It seems the dictionary I've built up over the past year or so has been wiped from SwiftKey, no predictions are coming at all! Is there any way to get it back? If I have a backup of the whole system itself, where would the backup of the dictionary be stored does anyone know?

Any feedback appreciated!

Have you tried going into settings and then personalization then get it to re-learn from the text/gmail/rss/twitter ?

I've never had an update that didn't wipe it. One of my bug bears of that particular application.

Great keyboard. Bad design. God knows why it can't survive a Market update.

Is this common with Swiftkey, after an update personalisation is lost

I didn't update it at all which is the strange part. Have had the same one for over a year without updating. Also, I delete everything as I reply to it so don't have anything for it to learn from

The same thing happened to me before, was so frustrating!
I asked for help on some forum and i got the correct advice, so do a google search maybe?? Sorry i cant remember how i fixed it, but it is fixable!!! Good luck!
