30mm tube,50-56mm lense, 6 mag +,a good brand of sight will perform really good that's your choice what you buy,A good search/field of view is the main thing.my Favorite brand be Swarovski and Kahles,Zeiss,Schmidt & Bender would be my next best,i never looked through other expensive brands but Burris and Leupold are good optics too. Recticile choice thats your taste I think, you will see the right one when you see one but i'd say not one that's too thick.. Fixed mag is hard bet less messing around. Good brands should hold zero also along with good mounts and bases.I think its best to get the mounts torqued when fitting your sight .The information i giving you is only my opinion.
This is the king scope for lamping i think for foxs. http://www.herrons.com.au/products/product/10051?category=QPRXRBVY&
