I recall watching this program a good few years ago (may have been mid-1990s). It may have been on a UK station like BBC or ITV, etc.

It dealt with the reasons why women usually outlive men. I vividly recall one part where it explained that women's hearts are cleared better than mens - it used an example of toy diggers going through plastic pipes filled with gravel. The men side had 1 while the womens had 2 diggers.

Does anyone know the name of this program? It may have been a one off and part of a series like Horizon or Panorama or something like that.

I know this is a long shot.
