Which government deparment deals with funding to charities-eg Concern,Rehab etc and how much was contributed?

I imagine every Department. Most of Rehab's Govt funding would come from Dept of Health, Concern from Foreign Affairs.

Most are not grants as such, but a payment to provide services that the State would otherwise have to provide. Most schools and hospitals are charities for example that draw down funding from the State.
