Cashel Running Group

    At last, the Cashel (south Tipp) running group will have it's inaugural meeting on Saturday morning, 3/3, at 10am. As it's a mixture of road/pavement running for insurance purposes you need to be 18+ yrs of age and have a high viz vest and be a member/affiliate member of a running club. We have membership forms in the Brehon Sports shop. The run starts and finishes at the shop and caters for all levels of runner. There will be a warmdown and a little drinkie (non alchoholic) in the on-site gym afterwards. Very informal and relaxed, so for people new to running there is nothing to be afraid of.
