Because you haven't got your browser set to delete all history on exit you disc is more than likely clogged up with temporary internet files.

Run a disc cleanup from programs/accessories.

This would be a good place to start but normally take up a pretty miniamal amount of data as things go, what would be worth doing is using a disk usage analyzer such as ... http://www.extensoft.com/?p=free_disk_analyzer which will show you where you are using all the space, could just be down to to many downloads clogging up folders.

I do have it set to delete history.

Went to programs/accesories, couldn't find any disc cleaner.
    Thanks
