T&Cs note 16:

16. Voucher is personal to you; any attempt to sell a voucher will invalidate it and make both seller (or attempted seller) and buyer ineligible for this offer.

Don't see a reference number on it though?

I don't think they are going to turn anyone away on this T&C. It's a promotion to try and drum up business via a relatively played out feature film. They'll hardly be interogating people at the desk?
