    could I get my account reviewed to make sure I am getting all of the discounts that I should? It seems to be really low.

    Hi Whitelightrider,

    No problem. If you just send me, by private message, the following:

    - Account number
    - Address/telephone number/date of birth on the account
    - Your full name/confirmation that you are the named account-holder

    I am finishing up at 6 but will be in tomorrow from 8 and will check it for you immediately then.
