Learn to milk cows while you are at it

It'll give you way more job opportunites when you get to NZ

If you can milk cows and have some general stock/farming skills along with some cop on you will pick up a job no problem.

I do know a fella down that area, email me with your CV and I'll get back to you asap. It's a tough life, did it myself when I was younger, great stuff! Makes a mouse into a man! Where are you based actually?

Nothing prepares you better for NZ than a week or two in Roscrea. I've been to both places and the people are very similar. Good rugby culture in common as well if you're into that sort of thing.
