Tesco? They have a party cutlery section. Failing that, Heatons have party stuff too.

I know this is almost a month old, but I walked around town earlier and none of the places mentioned had them. The guy in O'Donovans said they have them occasionally but not at the moment.

Found them in Dealz (beside Argos at the end of Patrick St.) and they also sell them in Supersavers (Patrick St).
