Severe Sinus Problems, Nasal Polyps?

I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me with a bit of information.

I've been suffering the last year and a half with my nose and sinuses. It all started around summer where i'd suffer with constant sneezing non stop all day. At first I thought it was allergies (which i'd never suffered with before) but after having a constant stuffed nose all winter and the last 20 months+ i've come to the conclusion this could be Nasal Polyps.

It has led to a number of other separate issues; Asthma symptoms, serves breathing difficulties, dental infection and has caused me nothing but trouble. I've been going to my GP for this whole time visiting 3 separate doctors in the surgery but they really haven't done anything but offer antihistamines, nasal sprays, inhalers and even steroid tablets.

I'm wondering is there any kind of specialist I can visit in Dublin. I have a medical card but i've heard the wait could be 2 years+ but even if I had to go private I would. It's effected me so much I just need it done with at this stage.

I'm hoping someone could maybe offer some info, maybe someone who's been through something similar themselves. My GP hasn't been any help and I have asked about a specialist but he insists that I keep trying medication.

Hope someone can offer a solution,

    Thanks
