fatcheese withdraw money

I have submitted a request to withdraw my money on fatcheese via bank transfer a week ago. I haven't received any money yet. Last time it took 2 days but its been a week now. Theres no option to cancel the bank transfer and have it sent via paypal instead. Is anyone else waiting on a payment from them?

I transferred a (small) payment on Monday and it went into my bank account this morning.

Have you contacted Fat Cheese? What did they say?

I'm having a problem with two claims on fatcheese, one was a vodafone purchase and the other a referral. They are currently paying out vodafone for a month later than my date but nothing for me. I've raised tickets but I haven't heard anything back and it's three weeks since I opened the ticket. It says there is 'live help' to the right of every screen on fat cheese but I can't find it. Does anyone have a way of contacting them ? Their facebook page seems to have disappeared from above post.

Tickets are not answered, the live chat function doesn't work, no email address, no postal address, no telephone number, Facebook and Twitter no longer updated.........the scarlet pimpernel of online cashback operators.

Withdrew money end of Feb, still down as pending on the withdraw page. Highly annoying, looks like it will take a while. The most frustrating aspect is not been able to contact anyone about it, opened a ticket but no response. That seems to be your only option.

Yup tickets are the only way to contact them unfortunately.

I have tickets opened since June 2012 and haven't received a reply to any of them.

The other day I posted a response on all of my tickets asking if there's any chance of a reply and as of yet, none of those replies by me are showing on my account or tickets.

A few transactions since Jan of this year (worth about €100 in total) have not tracked on my a/c at all. One for was UPC so I phoned them and they said Fat Cheese had been reviewing my a/c. but again, they aren't showing on my a/c yet, and I'm doubtful as to whether they will ever show up at all.

I have three open tickets with no reply, I asked for a transfer of money three weeks ago - opted to pay the additional 25c for next day payment but nothing has been received.

Have 2 tickets open since 5th march, no answer. Have pending payment to my paypal account, still not paid since begin of march.
Have referal bonus not awarded. no way of communicating with customer service. have stopped using fatcheese as it seem to be a huge scam. Boards.ie full of posts from people complaining about this.

Same here but from the 16th March and also opted for the fast payment.

I received an long apology general email from fatcheese this morning, blaming their outsourced customer service for not replying to emails and blaming a 'glitch' at the bank for not processing any of their payments recently. I'm not holding my breath for the payout but at least they've corresponded which is more than has happened up to this. Fingers crossed.

Looks like Payments will be process over the next 72h according to the mail I got just now.

I just wanted to give you a quick update regarding payments.

The issue we've been experiencing over the last few weeks with our bank was finally resolved at 14:30 today. We are currently in the process of sending through all payments. Each of these needs to be done individually so that we can get them through as quickly as possible and we hope to be finished within the next 72 hours.

We're also in the process of chasing up any outstanding claim.
