I'm no help to you so. I can't say I've seen one advertised anywhere, though I've seen other breeds available.
The Irish Shorthorn Soc would surely be worth a call?

I did a bit of research on sexed semen last year as I was thinking of going down that route. The reason I didn't is because of poor conception rates and straws cost double the price of normal straws Also even though it has been around in the US since 2004 it is still in its infancy.

you could try genus sires, as far as i know they are marketed in ireland through sligo ai or abs ireland, but in not sure if they have sexed semen for shorthorns the demand is prob not there to justify it

thanks guys,ive phones around,dovea,sligo ai,shorthorn society,progesive genitices all dont do them,i guess iam back to regular ai

I see a small article on sexed semen in today's Journal J3 Spring AI section.

Creaga Dice CZB (Dovea) looks a useful bull. Any experience of him?

great bull,i have a bull and heifer off him,easy calved,nice bit of muscle for a shorthorm,good colouring,big calves,ide say only on cows,bit big for aheifer
