    "It is expressly agreed and understood that the carring out of any tests or inspections by officers authorised under the Disease of Animals Act is without liability of any kind on the part of the authorised officer or the minister for agriculture "... ..... .Equine owners are required to register their premises and sign that they agree to the above.... Did we have to sign something similiar with regard to cattle and sheep ?

    I'd imagine it's covered in the bumf that we receive every year about our TB test. As with all these things, if it's more than one page I usually don't read it;)
