    Hi,

    How much would it cost at present for 2 storey extension roughly 75sq metres,

    Garage at front with room at rear, also 2/3 rooms upstairs

    You should budget for €1000 per sq. metre.

    Prices will vary from county to county and level of detail together with type of building method will all play a part. Get a local arch technician to have a look and if necessary employ a QS.
