Possible photo locations

    Im looking for suggestions from the good folk on boards for possible locations for wedding photos in September of this year around the castkeknock area (5k radius perhaps)
    I am getting married in castleknock hotel and while we are very happy with the venue, the grounds don't present any great opportunities for photos in my opinion.
    I will go and scout around the area myself but thought that some of you might be able to suggest good locations nearby that might suit and that you know of/have taken pictures at before.

    You are right beside the pheonix park so loads of potential there. The only other place I can think of of the top of my head is the botanic gardens - might be a bit beyond your 5 mile radius limitation but not by too much.

    Lutterlestown Castle Estate - lovely grounds, Phoenix Park, along the Canal, Strawberry Beds, loads of potential there.

    Lucan weir and Lucan demesne come to mind, the weir is lit mid afternoon, there is a sort of Jetty accessible form the bridge and the village. The demesne is nice but could be a bit of a walk in a wedding dress and heels.
