Hi guys, im thinking of doing a project managment course, it will be a good addition to my CV and i work on alot of projects in my current job.

Im looking at Prince II but someone also mentioned PMP, anyone have any recommendations and what are the differences?

And any recommendations of the best study option, and how much ill be looking at? I was looking at BT and they offer a 5 day foundation/practitioner course, but nobody seems to be listing any prices?

    Appreciate any help on this...

There's a good pm diploma course in DBS which much better than sitting a cert in a week, the course is about 4 months long and is very good.

PRINCE2 is for Ireland and England, PMP for everywhere else..

PRINCE2 is a week long course whereas PMP is more difficult to get certified. You need to prove PM experience.
