I'm not sure if this is in the right forum or not, so please feel free to move it mod.

Myself and my partner are getting married this year and we were looking to get a photo card printed as our invitations. We have a photograph that we'd like to use and we're looking to print it with a matt finish, a white border and on on good quality paper. We would like to use 'typewriter' font for the message in the card.

We are on a budget, but we can't seem to find any internet sites that seem to do that spec.

Would any of you kind people be able to point us in the right direction?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

if you had the text bit in your chosen font saved as a jpeg in photoshop you could get around most online printers' limited selection of fonts as most let you put an 'image' on the back as well as the front. or wait - that's if you're making a postcard rather than a folded card i suppose.

you could try moo.com? i got thank you cards printed up with them and they have a card in a nice matte finish. excellent quality. bit on the dear side i suppose but depends on how many you need.

Where in the country are you? Your local friendly digital printer should have no problem doing this for you.

    Thanks for the replies guys.

I'm in Dublin and I'd be open to using a 'local friendly digital printer'. Is there any that you could recommend? We are on a budget so nothing too costly please.

    Thanks

Reads (Nassau St. or Sandyford) should be able to do something for you, without being too expensive.
