Driving Lessons

Have a question. My instructor suggested I do an extra lesson before moving on to the next one if you know what I mean. He said I can just move on if I want though.

How long can you wait between lessons? You're supposed to do them every two weeks so I hear, but I've been doing them each week. Can you wait longer than two weeks though? What's the maximum you can wait between lessons?

    Thanks!

You could do them all in a single day if you wanted. There's no minimum time before being able to take your next lesson.

Obviously having time to practise in between helps though.

Nono, I get that, but what's the MAX I can leave between lessons? For example, could I stop the lessons for a while and start at the same point a good while later or not?

Yes, you can take them in your own timeframe.

Some people like to get a few lessons covering the basics, take quite a bit of time off lessons, where they just perfect the basics with an accompanied driver, then resume lessons nearer the test where they can 'fine-tune' their skills - I'm not saying it's the best way to learn, but some people do this.

Either way, there is no max/min time between lessons - whatever suits you!

That's actually what I'm thinking of doing. Gonna give it some more thought.

    Thanks a million!
