I've got a sky+ box upstairs with magic eye for downstairs. there was a power cut today and the box is not responsive. I rang sky and they said I'll need to retune the tv to the sky box but didnt advise how to do this as they no longer recommend use of magic eye. Could anyone here help? I tried a forum search but cant find exactly what I need. Also the remote for the tv gone awol but I was able to tune the sky remote for the basic tv functions.
    thanks
    marzic

Id say your sky box has turned off the power to RF2 output.

Pick up your remote control. Press Services, 4, 0, 1, Select, 4.
You will see a screen with an option saying RF Outlet Power Supply. Make sure that is ON and save new settings.
