I need to get my licence printed again because I lost it, D'Oh! However the original licence was printed in Limerick,where I'm from, but I currently live in Dublin. I know I need to get a form stamped by a guard,so I've two questions:

1. Will a Dublin guard stamp a form that says my address is Limerick? I have utility bills and a passport
2. If they will,can I apply for the licence in a Dublin Tax office,or will that have to be done in Limerick?

I know the easiest solution is to go to Limerick,but I work Monday to Friday and time off to get to Limerick is not possible at the moment (incl expenses). Back driving so need the licence!
