Had a bit of an incident a few weeks back where I managed to "ditch" the car and subsequently the bumper is damaged..Doesn't look pretty but its securely fastened to car etc. (Note: Its not hanging down, just looked a bit damaged!)
The car is safe/road worthy but I am concerned as I've a test next week and fear the tester will either refuse to let me drive in a damaged car or think i'm a menace on the roads! Any advice...I can't get a new bumper as I'm broke!

Is it's just cosmetic, and it's not hanging off or affecting your lights etc I can't see it being a problem.

A picture would help, but from your description i'd say you're fine.

Best of luck with the test.
