camera repairs DMC-TZ15

    hi iv got a panasonic dtm-tz15, when i turn it on the screen comes up white in colour and sometimes when i touch the lense you can see the picture and then it goes back white again. This has only happened 2 day's ago and the camera is about 2 years old and well minded, could anyone recomend someone in the north kerry west limerick area to look at it.
