Dublin Airport Authority have an offer on when you buy one week's parking in the Red car park you get a second week free.:)

There doesn't seem to be any bells and whistles announcing it on the site but when I put in my dates that is what came up as an option. (May/June time). I have't a notion how long it runs for.

The €10 voucher for the Loop I got for booking expires on 30th March 2012 though.

24th May to 8th June for €55. I literally just booked it in the last hour.

Edited to add I put in the 1st June to the 15th June and it's offering the second week free. So it must be just for bookings of 14/15 days. Would you get away with booking that and then 16th an 17th separately?

Yea they had this offer last year too. You need to book exactly 2 weeks to get the offer. If you are staying an extra day or two over the 14 days you get charged the daily rate for the extra days when you exit.

    Gotcha. Nice one.

So, book two weeks for 50 euro, and then pay for two extra days when exiting costs another 15 euro. Total 65 euro.

I have a friendly taxi driver who offered me tallaght to airport and collection again when I come back for 60 euro.

Think I will pass BUT GREAT BARGAIN ALERT !

    Cheers

Great deal, thanks OP. Might not be the very cheapest offer out there, but we parked in one of the hotel car parks about 2 miles from the airport last year and when we came back, our battery was flat. The hotel receptionist didn't want to know, told me to ask a taxi driver outside for a jump start. Ended up getting the car going using a push-start inside the car park without any assistance .

At least the DAA Red car park is right next door to the airport with a regular bus service and someone on call with jump leads if needed.
