any word of the 2nd round of quota yet from the trading scheme last jan did anyone hear, or is the word out yet, you know what they say curiousity killed the cat:D

highest price dairygold at 50c, lisavaird at 44c, glanbia and wexford at 41c
lowest donegal 8c, monoghan and lee strand 12c, connacht gold 13c
67% of milk offered was satisfied at market clearing price

can people make money buying at 40-50 cent with this only for quota for '12-13 '13-14 '14-15
