    Measure your inseam in cm. Multiply that by 0.67 for ideal seat post length, or multiply it by 0.69 for ideal top tube length. I personally would choose the smaller size if I was still between 2 sizes.

    I rode a friends AR5 about 6 months ago, he has a 56cm version, I'm just under 6'2" and it fitted me fine, it did have a lot of seatpost showing and I could have used a longer stem, but I reckon 56 would be spot on for someone of 6 foot. I have a picture of the bike I rode with the saddle height for reference if you want to see the fit. (PM me).
