Identifying school uniform?

Was around college green today and saw 3 guys in white shirts, black trousers and a light blue tie. Never seen it before, just wondering does anyone know what school it belongs to. A light blue tie seems too bright and cheerful for an Irish school uniform compared to the usual dull things:)
