Hybrids tend to drop in value much quicker than road bikes. I'd guess you'd probably get €300-€350, but you can always try for more and see what response you get. Nice bike, but heavy at 13.7kg, and many don't like the suspension.

    Hi Lads,

Thinking of selling my KTM Life Motion trekking style bike. 7 months old, 600km never taken offroad, mint condition. Cost 750euro

So, how much do you think it's worth 2nd hand?

kevin my advice is to drill a hole in the top tube and nail it to the wall
i'm not been smart about this but honestly you will get guys telling you its only worth well stupid money, your bike will be worth about 50 quid less than you paid for it but will you get it ...not in a million years.
hold on to it buddy or pass it on to a family member .
believe me i've been down this road .
    ;)

It is only worth what some one is prepared to pay surely.

I hope you get a buyer try advertising it at a price you want and see how u go from there.

I would normally lock or delete a thread like this as it has the potential to turn into an advert for the bike in question (and we have a separate sub-forum for that), and/or the OP is effectively getting the rest of the boards cycling community to start his negotiations for him. I would add that a check of our adverts sub-forum or the cycling section of adverts.ie would give the OP a good idea of what second hand bikes can go for

However if we can keep it to a discussion about second hand values in general, and not the specifics of the OP, I'll leave this thread open for now

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry about that, was not trying to cause any hassle or plug my bike.

To the lads that replied, many thanks.

Feel free to lock or delete the post

    All the best

    Kevin
