PSN problem

Ok, big problem here lads. I can't access my psn account because Ive forgotten my password. To get a new password I need my DOB. problem is, I set up my psn when I was U18 and thus gave a dodgy DOB which I can't remember.

Is there anything I can do to get my account and games back or will sony have no mercy?

did you just change the year for your DOB or did you put in a different date too?

if its just the year, then try a load of different ones

otherwise you're screwed i think

actually, try changing it online instead of on the ps3 and you might not be asked for the dob

I really can't remember tbh. I am doing it online.

Ok when I try to sign in through media go, it tells me I need to agree to their new policy crap, after I put in my name and pass. so that must mean Ive it right?

then i get brought to this screen https://store.playstation.com/accounts/manage/cam_index.vm

but theres nothing there about agree to a policy. Ok, so I go to manage account and try to sign in where it tells me my email or pass is wrong.

this is crazy

ok, so after many wrong guess's, I finally guessed right and Ive my account back

but theres no vita content there whatsoever? whys that?

because you're not signed in with a vita?
